Line received pension of $8.00 per monthe beginning 7 Apr 1818 $133.43 Pension dropped Pvt. application filed 6 June 1820; John age 59 r. of Frankfort (b.Ca 1761), family living with me, wife Hannah age 61 years, infirm and often laid up with sickness, son James aged 27...cripple...bad knee...unable to earn his living dtr., Mary age 23 Consumption.. dtr., Aney (Anna) age 1..dislocated hip at age 3, thigh & leg perished.. Pension re-instated 6 July 1821. He was subject to rheumatism 1830 Census Frankfort John 60-70 1 female 70-80 1 female 40-50 John Carlton married 20 June 1831 Ann Allen by Rev Trask of Windsor, ME. he died 11 June 1839 in Palermo, ME Ann married Ebenezer Moore of St. Albans, ME 7 OCt 1845 He died 17 Oct 1846 St. Albans Ann Moore age 67 r Plymouth, ME filed a petition for a oension as a former widow of John Carlton.
