I'm looking for any information on a HELEN MEARNS who was registered as the mother of ROBERT TOCHER who was christened on 27/07/1854 (in Auchterless, Aberdeenshire, Scotland) - His father was PETER TOCHER - but i cannot find any marriage record for Peter Tocher and Helen Mearns
I have searched and have a possible Christening date for Helen Mearns as 5/07/1803 with parents listed as William Mearns and Jean Howie (christened in Keithall, Scotland)
if anyone has any information on Helen or her marriage to Peter Tocher i'd love to hear from you
(i am researching the Tocher Family tree)
