Hi,
I am a descendant of William Medders who was born in North Carolina in 1770. I am interested in finding out if your Medders line is connected to mine. I know that your line is mostly from the South Georgia area, mine is from Alabama but there were a lot of Medders in my family and they may have migrated. Just wondering if you know of any connections. Also, I know that family names were passed down through the generations and I have noticed a Smith in your line (I believe John Smith Medders). The Medders in my line married Smith's so this is also why I am wondering if there is a connection. If you have any info, or any connections, please let me know.
Thank You,
Dana Bailey
