I'm interested in your Hughes family if they were near the area's of Llano, Lampasas & Williamson County, Texas.

My gggg grandparents Bradford Hughes & Rebecca Dobbins came to Texas prior to 1840 and settled in Burleson and Williamson County, Texas. Their sons Moses, Nimrod (1830-1862), William, James Edward and Bradford can later be found in the counties I listed above.

I am descended from Nimrod, his children were Martha (1851-), Rachel (1851-), Rhoda Rebecca (1853-1930), Josephine (1854-), William (1857-), Mary (1857-) & Margaret (1859-). I have only accounted for my ancestor Rhoda Rebecca Hughes so far.

There is a marriage record in Llano County, Texas for J.D. Meers & Mary L. Hughes dated 18 Dec 1887. Any idea of who Mary's parents were?

Surnames: Dobbins, Hughes, Berry, Perkins, Scott
