Suzy,
The name Jackson does show up in my line as my g-grandfather was Jackson Davis Meers, b. in Johnson Co., AR and moved to Williamson Co., TX after the Civil War with his parents. Your line could very well be related to mine but, I haven't found a connection and I don't have anything on the Yell Co. group. Sorry.
