Correction: Here is the EXACT information I have on Moses Meers' son, William F. MEERS.

William F. Meers, b. abt. 1840. William was a clerk in a drug store in Washington, Hempstead Co., Ark. in 1860, enlisted in the 19th Arkansas (Dawson's Regt.)and died August 23, 1862 in the Civil War in the Trans-Mississippi campaign.
