dear barbara,your mentioning that you met some mehigans in ireland rang a bell with me.i know a lady from the mizen who told me that her grandmother was a mehigan.i will mention mary mehigan wolfe and the towns of ballydehob and rosbrin also the townland name of ballycomisk if it will help.do you remember my saying that mary mehigan of ballydehob had a landlady named noble?well today you can buy a book on calligraphy by mary mehigan and her partner named noble.strange??let me know about the mizen mehigan?good luck,jim
