Dear Moira.

I am not aware of a Denis or Michael but I have heard of Elizabeth Foley. I do not know what if any the connection is. If you take note of my previous postings you will see that my Father Alan thought that all of the Mehegan's with the same spelling in Australia were in some way related, but that his father had children from a previous marriage and we have lost track or in fact never really known the children from that marriage as they could have been born some years before my father was born. My Grandfathers name was George and his brother Hughie (Eugene). This Eugene was born 1886 in Melbourne Australia and died in France in 1917. My Grandfather George was also born in Melbourne.
Their father was named Robert. I think we would find a connection somewhere but I do not think Eugene is it.

regards Larry.
