HELLO DAVID,
I HAVE LOOKED THROUGH THE INFORMATION I HAVE ON THE MEEHAN FAMILY FROM WILKES BARRE, HOWEVER I DO NOT KNOW IF THERE WAS A BRIDGET MEEHAN WHO MIGHT HAVE BEEN A SISTER TO ANN, MARGARET'S MOTHER. MARGARET HAD SISTERS, BUT NONE NAMED BRIDGET AS FAR AS I KNOW. UNIONTOWN IS NOT TOO NEAR WILKES BARRE, CONSIDERING THE TIME PERIOD WE ARE TALKING ABOUT BUT IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE THAT ANN MAY HAVE HAD A SISTER THAT MOVED FURTHER WEST. I CANNOT FIND THE MEEHAN FAMILY ON ANY PASSENGER LIST YET, AND STILL DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE IF ANN'S SURNAME WAS KILDAY. IN FURTHER RESEARCH, I DID NOT FIND THE NAMES OF THE CHILDREN MATCHED THE CHILDREN OF PATRICK AND ANN MEEHAN THAT I KNEW OF. BUT I WILL KEEP LOOKING (THIS WEATHER IS A WONDERFUL EXCUSE TO STAY IN THE HOUSE) AND KEEP YOUR EMAIL JUST IN CASE I FIND ANY RELATIONSHIP. IN THE MEANTIME, THANKS FOR WRITING, AND PERHAPS SOMEDAY WE WILL FIND WE HAVE SOME COMMON RELATIVES. MARY P
