MEJIA-SAN GABRIEL JALISCO MEXICO (ALSO KNOWN AS VENUSTIANO CARRANZA JALISCO)
Posted by: Daniel Mancilla (ID *****7292) Date: September 30, 2006 at 22:04:39

Looking for a family tree from my Mejia side (My grandmother's maiden name was Maria Mejia, my fathers' mother)She might have been related with the mexican actor singer Miguel Acedes Mejia she had the same hair birth mark that he had the white hair in the front. Anyways thats irrelevant, sorry, here is what my father knows about my grandmothers family tree: My grandmother's father was Miguel Mejia (He married Francisca Curiel, with ties in VENUSTIANO CARRANZA JALISCO they both died young in El GrullO Jalisco, they borned two children Maria Mejia, my grandmother, and Jorge Mejia.) My Grandmother's Grandfather was Sostenes Mejia(And it is from this branch of the tree-up that i inquire more information about) some of his children from the first marriage were Miguel Mejia, Guadalupe Mejia, Jesus Mejia (Female and also maybe a male), my father does not seem to know the wife's name (my Grandmother's Grandmother).
Nor anything else about Sostenes nor his origins, what he does know is that he married again with a woman named Rosario and lived and died in San Gabriel jalisco.

If anyone has information on this shaky branch of my family tree i would love to hear more from you. Only thing i Know is that his name was Sostenes and he married twice, my branch is fromt he first marriage.

Thanks
