Waiting for my mother, who is a decendant of the Mendoza's to send me Frank Mendoza birth certificate. Will post the info once I receive it. I just learned that these Mendoza's actually came from Spain to Cuba to America. they did not flee--Frank Mendoza did not have a middle name. As the story was told he was one of 13, the second to last child, younger sister named Bertha. Frank and Bertha were born in US.
