Hi David
My family are decendants of Daniel Mendoza the famous Jewish boxer. This is on my grandmothers side of the family - Michaels - who i am told are from holland , possibly the Amsterdam Mendoza's you mentioned.
I've always been interested to find out more about this side of my family and would really appreciate any information you or others could share with me. Apparently , peter Sellers is also a relative of mine and descendant of Mendoza.
