I am a second cousin of Robert Menser. I believe he was the youngest child. He is a decendent of Jonah Menser who settled in W. Kentucky in 1792. I don't have a copy of the family tree although the research has been traced back to the early 1700's in Germany. I believe Jonah's father was Johan Maintzer who arrived in Pennslyvania around 1752 on a ship that sailed from Amsterdam. Check the Menser family reunion postings June 2000.
