I have William Franklin marrying Sallie Mercer in Currituck Co. NC. He died in 1794 in Louisville GA. Their son George Franklin married Vashti Mercer who was the half sister of Rev.Silas Mercer. Their children:James, Samuel Owen, Sarah, Martha, Vashti, and George Thomas (my ancestor).
