Hello,
I'm looking for the following people:
Ethel Cartwright, born around 1914 in McDowell County, WV. She was listed as "16 years old" in the 1930 census. She lived with her grandparents, Thomas & Luemma (or Lou Emma) Cartwright. Ethel's mother (Myrtle Rose Kelly) died in 1917 and I think her father (Walter V. Cartwright) died in 1915. I was told that Ethel married a Stanley Russell and was living in Michigan either during or right after WWII. They had a least one child, Betty, that I know about. Ethel's mother is one of my great-aunts on my mother's side. I would be intersted in swapping info with family members.
