Sarah's father THOMAS TONKIN was born in 1809 in Cornwall UK possibly in St Columb Major and emigrated to America.
Dates to be investigated. The copy letter i have is to his brother Nicholas in St Coloumb Major Cornwall and not as first thought. The Nicholas Tonkin in Uniondale Pennsylvannia would be Thomas's nephew.
