I am posting this message to the MICHIGAN MESSAGE BOARD in hopes that someone in the SCHWAB FAMILY will see this posting.

Jacob was the son of George (born 1809 GER.) and Catherine (born 1815 GER.) Schwab.
Jacob had the following siblings: Josephine B., George Fred, Mary E., Silas, John (married Addie Ransford) & Sarah. All kids were born in NY., the family relocated to Litchfield, Hillsdale Co. MI. sometime prior to 1870.
I do not think that Jacob ever married and I believe that he died between 1900 & 1910. He lived many of his years with 2 of his sisters, who also never married, Josephine B. and Mary E.

NOTE:
JACOB "JAKE" SCHWAB, son of GEORGE & CATHERINE SCHWAB had a brother JOHN SCHWAB (b:4/1856 NY) that married an ADDIE RANSFORD (b:4/1860 MI.) who I believe was the daughter of MARVIN RANSFORD (1830 NY) & HANNAH D. GANIARD (1834). JOHN & ADDIE RANSFORD SCHWAB had a daughter CORA M. SCHWAB born 1881, MICHIGAN
