Yep it's there.
I have tried all avenues but nobody out there is a descendant of this chap or nobody has worked on the line.
Demaison

These are some of the names once used or are being used by this family.
I found them under Chevalier also.
Archange Demaison, François Demaison's daughter had one marriage that I found but formed three other alliances but the children carried her name or Chevalier for the most part.
I was told to post in Michigan because the girl Archange was born there on Makinac Island in 1816 & François was a fur trader/voyageur in Detroit/Makinac area.
