Hello all,

I've always said my surname with the "ch" part pronounced the same as it is in the word "loch" (a kind of soft steam-like sound), but when people get it wrong I prefer them to say Mitchie rather than Mickey.

FYI, Michie is also a Japanese girls first name, as in the voice-over artist Michie Tomizawa (http://us.imdb.com/Name?Tomizawa,+Michie)
