There are Micci's Near Florence (Grossetto). I could not fint a direct connection to my branch.

Your It is unlikely your grandmothers spelling was Justina
Since there is no J in the Italian alphabet. Her correct
spelling was most likely Gustina (augustina). Intestestingly your grandmother and I shared the same name.

Gustino Masculine
Gustina Feminine
