I can't connect with your family yet, but who knows? Maybe we're related back a ways. My William Michie was from Old Meldrum, Aberdeen (we think). His son, Alexander, was born 18 Nov 1759. His son was John b. 12 Nov 1791. His son Robert, was born 29 Feb 1820. All of these were born in Aberdeen. Robert, my great-grandfather, emigrated to the US and here we are. Most of my known Michie relatives live in Utah. I'm in Idaho. Where are you?
