I've heard the name pronounced either way as Mickey as in Mickey Mouse or Mickey Mantle and as Mitchie with the definite ch sound. Interesting enough, there is a Michie is a common Japanese name and there is a tribe in Africa with a similar name to Michie.

My family which originated in Scotland and immigrated to Chicago, Illinois in the 1800s and has scattered Michie's through out the USA including Mississippi, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, California, and elsewhere have continued to pronounce the last name as Mickey as in Mickey Mouse although it is spelled as Michie... the c is a hard c following the rules of the Italian where a c is pronounced hard if followed by an h.
