+ Ann Donaldson m. 10 Sept. 1774. Parish of Buchanan, Stirlingshire, Scotland.

George Michie was dead by 1813. He was cited as a 'garner' at Duntreath. There were 6 children from the marriage. Two of his daughters are cited in the marriage records of Drymen parish, Stirlingshire:

1. Anne Michie + James Paul, from Dumbarton, ploughman to the Duke of Montrose, listed for proclamation of Banns on 13th Feb. 1813, Parish of Drymen & were married. (my line)

2. Girsel Michie + Donald MacArthur, from Islay, ploughman to the Duke " ". Listed for proclamation of Banns on 9 Jan. 1813.

Seeking parents of George Michie.
