Hello My name is Erin Milam , I have checked for any Martha in my family tree , I know your Grandmother is not in my direct line but as you may see in most family trees children are oftened named after other family members. I found one Martha Luisa Milam dod June 1823 who married a William Coleman Harris in 1841. Martha Luisa parents were Coleman Milam and Elisabeth Leake.
Thomas Ferrill Sr. is my GGGGGpa, no need to look there, but you can look into the other male children, who may have named a daughter after their sister Martha.
Coleman Milam and Elizabeth Leake's sons
#1 Ashford B. dob 1812, married 1842 to Rosannah unknown last name.
#2 William Allen ,dob 1815, spouse Caroline unknown date unknown.
#3 James Morrow, dob June 24, 1821 married May 15,1840 to Dorcas Rebwcca Harris then to Julia Ann White, died 1901.
#4 Pleasant Coleman, dob 9-19-1827 married 8-23-1855 to Elizabeth Ann Chambers died 3-11-1903.
#5 Albert G. dob 1829 married 1848 to Mahala J. James then to Patience Cooper.
Coleman remarried Jane Harris dob 1817 to John and Sarah Harris.
Coleman Milam and Jane Herris's sons
#1 Jesse Lorenzo Milam dob 1843
#2 Dorcus C. Milam dob 1849 he was only 11 at the time of your Martha birth so I don't believe he would have been her father !
