Sara,
I have often pondered the same question, as there are some distinct facail similarities with my relatives. Unfortunaely you have not given any information regarding ancestors or descendants. If it is any help my gf Rocco Milano had a brother (Antonino), and a sister (Vincenza) who emigrated to America in the early 1900's. It appears Vincenza married into the Princevale Family; unfortunately I don't have any further information.
