Don, Appreciate your response.I hadn't check this site for quite awhile but got a hit from Robert and Suzie Milford that let me know you had responded to my inquiry.
Do you know of the book by Charles Patrick Milford a lawyer from Carnesville, Georgia about the Milfords? If has quite a bit of information.Yes I would definitely love to get any information about Robert and Susie Leverette Milford. That is my great, great, great, great, grandfather and grandmother.Of course you know after Robert's dad John Milford died (wife Mary Fleming) of South carolina, Robert and Suzie moved to Alabama around 1837 to a place called Opelika. In my great grandfather's pictures I have a photo of a Massie Brooks who was connected to them. If you would share any information that would be fantastic. Maybe with some of your information I may have something that you would need sparked by something I would receive from you.I know the lawyer that wrote the book told me that he is from the lineage of John Milford 1 and his second wife Rebecca Phagan. My lineage is from his first wife Mary Fleming.I do know I found in his book an unidentified Milford name Thomas W. Milford born 8/24/1851 died 11/24/1916 was married to a Evaline Leverette. They had three children a boy named Tolly married Annis Sutherland, a Boy named Leo Milford married Margie Patterson.Leo was born 10/20/1886 died 1/20/1947 and a son Dr. Jahue Milford (no information on him). This may be something that will help you.Let me hear from you and thank you for responding.Larry
