Hello I can only hope we have the same Charles Samuel Millage . He is buried in Davenport Iowa and he died in 1952 and as far as I know it was Runges Funeral home that handled all of it. He was my Husband grandfather and all he remembers is the stories he told them about being raised by the Indians on the Tama reservation. Have no idea of who his parents are or where he was born. If you have that information it would really help. Thank you for any and all information and if I can find out any more I will let you know.
