Just needed to add this to see if anyone out there can help. Bessie's husband was Robert L. Millner b. OH February 25, 1926, and died September 15, 1993, Logan County OH. In the 1930 Census for Bellefontaine City, Logan County OH, Robert is listed as living with his maternal grandparents Chester and Cora E. Wilder , Chester---

I hope to meet with Bessie's daughter soon, but feel a brick wall since both Robert's father and uncle were raised in the childrens home. Hope I haven't confused anyone. Can anyone help or let me know how to go about finding information in orphanses.
