The Valley Chronicle (St. Charles, Kane County, Illinois), Sept. 13, 1889, Local and Personal: Four carloads of excursionists visited Joliet on Tinkham's train Tuesday, part of a carload going from this city, among whom were J. F. Elliott, Mrs. G. W. Minard, Mrs. C.I. Minard, Mrs. D.S. L. Bowers, E.D. Hall and wife, Luther Bagley and other. Several of them missed the return train and arrived home Wednesday by various conveyances.(Posted as a courtesy, not related.)
