Hello, my great-grandfather Cornelius Van Arsdol, or similar spelling, was killed by a train in Wrenshall on June 9,1926 while he was visiting his daughter Ida White. I would like to know if there is an obituary or newapaper article about his death. He was returned to Iowa for burial. I don't know how long Seth and Ida White lived there, or if they died in Wrenshall and are buried there. I also don't know if they had children or descendants who may have stayed in the area. Ironically, I used to live in Hibbing but came back to Iowa before I began my genealogy research. Love the Iron Range, Lake Superior and the Boundary Waters, and those long winters snow mobiling and short summers motercyling and fishing. Any information will be appreciated.
