Pillager lookup needed

I am searching for information on my gg grandfather, Austin S. Cole. His obit stated he served as a constable and later justice of the peace in Pillager. I would like to find out if there are any photos or newspaper articles concerning him. I need to know what years he served as constable and J.O.P. Austin S. Cole died 7 May 1916 in Brainerd. I already have his death record, obit and cemetery photo as well as census records.

I would appreciate any help.
