Hall-Wittika family, Brainerd 1900 to 1918

Walter Othello Hall married Josephine Wittika or Witika or Wittika about 1900. They had three daughters: Helen, 1902 in Brainerd; Cleo, 1904; and Delores, 1914. I can find the birth certificate for Helen, but nothing for Cleo or Delores. We know that Walter owned an ice cream emporium in 1910, but was murdered some time after that, supposedly up in Canada. Josephine died about 1918 from appendicitis leaving three orphans that were sent to members of the Hall family (in Michigan?). I am looking for any information, please.
