Hello, My father in law Jack Shelton was born Feb 13,1913 in Bryon City according to the info my mother in law had. He was placed in an orphanage but she somehow determined that Carl Shelton was his father and that Marie Mcdonald or some variation of that spelling was his mom. I am unable to find any information concerning them. If any of you could look up the records and see if Jack is listed where and when born, maybe that would give us his parents if he had a birth certificate which I am not sure he did.
