Hi Marilyn,

I am in communication with a Gary Andrews who grew up
in West Concord and is doing genealogy.
Otherwise there is a gal with the Dodge Co. genealogy society down there who has Andrews as one of her surnames.

Another possibility is that all women were being
recognized in this way but then you would have seen
many flags like that.

She died in 1869 right?

I can give you Gary's e-mail.

I assume if you were down in the area that you
may have gone to the historical society.

Do you have close relatives down there?

I know your related to the Leths.
