I have found an obituary for a Grace (Barnes) Casper. She was born in 1896. In her obituary she states she was educated in the Elbo Lake area schools. In a Minneapolis City Directory of 1917 she states she was a music teacher.
She would have been 21 years old. Where in the area could a woman have been trained to be a music teacher?
