I am looking for information about the family and ancestry of Otto Hoaglund or Hoaglunde (b. 27 Jan. 1847, Hogan, Westergotland, Skaraborasland, Sweden; d. 10 Jan. 1903, Warren, Marshall county, Minnesota, U.S.A.) who changed his name from the Swedish original to Edwardh some time after he settled in Minnesota, U.S.A. in March 1882, supposedly because his mail kept getting confused with that of another immigrant Swede in the vicinity who had the name surname and initial. He married Othilia Anderson (b. 18 May 1861, Grums, Nythorp, Varmland Sweden; d. 3 July 1945, Warren, Marshall county, Minnesota, U.S.A), the daughter of Lars Anderson, by his wife Catherine, maiden surname unknown, at Crookston, Minnesota, U.S.A. on 26 June 1884.
