My Grandfather was born in 1870 In Glencoe, McCleod County, MN to Sylvester William Hendricks and his wife Hubertine (Tina)Peters. Gr-Grandfather was born 10 May 1838 at Tongerlo, Limburg Provice Belgium and Hubertine Peters was from Limburg Province, Netherlands, possibly village of Merum. Her parents were Henry Peters and Gertrude Oberson who also lived at McCleod County. Their son, Leonard Peters died around 1900 and left a large family. A sister of Tina and Leonard, Catherine Peters married Gerhard Moonen, Jr. and another, Maria Peters married a John Gardewain? I would like to correspond with anyone interested in these families.
