Actually...

1920: Duluth, St Louis, Minnesota
Peter Berg 51 NORWAY
Adalia Berg 45
Edith Berg 18
Oliver Berg 16
Mable Berg 11

THAT sounds more like her, seeing we were all told her family hailed from NORWAY, not SWEDEN like the first Edith Berg that was found.

And that is weird how that guy WOLFE owned a barber shop..of all things..for a minute I thought WOLFE had married her after MORGANELL died b/c they were having an illicit affair(!)..lol..then I saw the dates and came back to earth...so yes I think we can now rule out the Edith that married Mr WOLFE.

Edith's middle name I believe was Amanda. And of course I now can not remember where I got that information from.

And the daughter CHARLAINE was born in St Louis County MN, so that makes more sense to me now.

Joliet..wow.. I never even thought to look there..do they have prison records online? I guess I'll have to try and find out. I wonder if the cops caught up with him regardless?? But if they did, then why did he bother to keep his name changed? Interesting.

And no you didn't muddy it up in the least.

Where are you finding all of this information? I searched the MN Archives and all I got was CHARLAINE's birth certificate. The Illinois Archives were blank.
