Hello WIlliam. I have no direct information, but the names caught my eye because right now there is a controversy about a building built c. 1886 that the city of St. Paul and the state of Minn. want to demolish. It is called the Quinlan Home. The other thing that caught my eye is your name. One of my neighbors is a Prendergast. She married a Daly. She was born in the building she currently lives in. She must be in her late 80's. If you have Prendergast's from St. Paul, I would be happy to connect you with her offline. Email me privately :-). As far as the Quinlan home, the Minn. Historical Society could help you with that, and I may be able to dredge up some info from Newpapers accounts, etc. Let me know.
