Some additional info...

1850 Census DesMoine County Iowa Burlington
Catherine Harding (en) age 36 b KY
William age 14 b KY
Benjamin age 11 b KY
Mary age 9 b KY (this is Mary where I found the obit mentioning Sarah, the wife of Sam Wilson Ramsey Co MN)
Geo W age 6 b KY
Sarah age 3 b KY (listed as wife of Sam Wilson Ramsey Co MN but birth year is way off as the death cert is also way off)

1850 Census DesMoines County Iowa Burlington
George Campbell age 24 b Tenn
Elizabeth age 17 (Elizabeth Harding (en) is the dau of Catherine Harding listed above) b KY
Isabell Harding age 8 b. KY

In 1860 Sarah is living with the Robert Riddle family in Burlington….she is now age 13. I cannot find Mary and and Isabell or the mother Catherine. By chance I find Mary in 1870 married to Wm Alderman in Dubuque Co Iowa but cannot find Isabell. Here in 1920 Mary died and has an obit listing a sister married to Sam Wilson in St Paul MN. The census for 1920 lists a Sarah and Sam Wilson but the ages for them are way off and is the death cert for Sarah. The boys in the family list their father as Henry Hardin but I cannot find any evidence to prove this. Sarah’s death cert lists the father as William and mother as Catherine. I cannot find a marriage between Sam Wilson and Sarah before 1920. I find on the 1930 census Sam is listed as Divorced instead of Widowed. A death cert for Sam Wilson and obit for him might help. An Obit for Sarah might also have info…..as well as a funeral cert.
