I should have kept reading, William. Another connection - There is a building within a block of my home known as the Mathias Home. It is in a National Historic District, and a Heritage Preservation District. It is located about 4-5 blocks from the Quinlan home and 2 blocks from the Prendergast home. Maybe a connection.
