HELP PLEASE; POLISH CATHOLIC families in St. Paul

Hi there,

I am wanting to research some of our Polish Catholic families, from St. Paul, and don't know where to go next. I am hoping someone out there can help.

Looking for ARBEITER (changed to ROBOTNIK), KRUSZEWSKI, & KOSLOWSKI.

I am wondering if there is a database for church records there in St. Paul, to possibly find out immigrants' birth places, dates, and maybe parents' names. Anything to help put us back into Poland or Germany, to a specific place.

I am looking for HEINRICH (HENRY) ARBEITER, born Aug. 1859 in Poland / Russia. He was married to FRANCESKA (FRANCES) WOLMNY, born Mar. 1855 in Poland/Russia. They immigrated in 1891-92, with their two sons: AUGUST & PETER. They came from Bremen and arrived in Baltimore....destination Minnesota. Their last residence was listed as BudKong or BudKonz, BudKow ??

Their son AUGUST ARBEITER, born 1887 or 1888, changed his name to ROBOTNIK. Not sure why, but understand the priest in St. Paul suggested it. Would this have something to do with the war ?? Not wanting to sound German ?? August married ca 1910 to BERNICE C. KRUSZEWSKI, prob. in Ramsey or Todd Counties. I would like to find this marriage record, and hope it would have some information which would help on it.

BERNICE C. KRUSZEWSKI, born Mar. 1891, daughter of Polish immigrants: ADAM KRUSZEWSKI (born ca 1857) and PHYLIS KOSLOWSKI (born ca 1858). They married ca 1883, which is also the year Adam immigrated. Phylis immigrated 1877, so they must have married in Poland first ??

I would like to be able to find which Catholic church or churches these people attended in St. Paul. And to find if information or data can be obtained through the church. So far, all I have is census information for the most part.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
