I have no idea why you think you offended me. Guess the same old problem with writing rather than face to face communication is that you can't hear the tone of the other person.
Obviously you were offended and that wasn't my meaning. The indexes can be tricky and it took me a while to get around the indexing to find the records I needed too. This index is one where the less info you put in, the more likely you are to find your match (excluding really common surnames.)
If you were still having problems, such as not having the reader load properly, I wanted you to let me know and I would have emailed the certificates directly to you or typed out the information.
Try not to read the negative into replies.
