I would like to obtain a death certificate for Thomas R. Wood. He died on June 14, 1920 in Atchison County, Missouri
Birth: March 9, 1835 in Tennessee

He was married to Sarah E. GILLETT and they are both buried in Hunter Cemetery, Atchison County, Missouri.

I have his obituary, but would like to have a copy of his death certificate to see if it has his Mother's maiden name is listed.

I have tried to obtain a copy of his death certificate through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, but they were unable to find a death certificate for him.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
