I am looking for any information about my ancestors who settled here after arriving from Germany in 1879. They lived in Buchanan Township.
Christian Nook is my great-great-great grandfather and was born in 1831 in Germany. His wife was Augusta (or Auguste) but was not the mother to the children that came from Germany. I'm descended from Hermann Nook, Christian's son.

Any information would be appreciated.
