I am serching for my grt grandmother--her name was Addie (Adeline) Chase Lipscomb.....I was told buy a very old gt aunt whom I hope told me right---that addie died in Bates County Mo.--she was supposed to of died abt. 1889. she was married to Elwood Lipscomb. they had a daughter named Hattie Josephine Lipscomb abt 1886------ after Addie passed the little girl was raised by her grandparents---it was C Chance and Electra Wood Chance or these was Hatties great grandparents......she was taken and said to be raised in kansas. I know the little girl was born in kansas .. can any one please see if they know or come across anything-- i am at a stand still---it seems addie never exsisted untill the 1910 census.. found her living with a john chance listed as her uncle... thanks Diane
