Can someone help me find the spouse of Richard Blevins,b.2
Feb 1823 in Ky.?
Some people say he was never married.
I have an Obit. for Missouri Blevins Smith Laffoon says
she was born 25 Dec 1861 Butler, Bates co., Mo to Mr and
Mrs Richard Blevins.
I have the 1870 Mt Pleasant , Bates co, Mo census showing
Blevins Richard 48 Ky
" Polly 70 Ky his mother
" Jane 13 Mo
" Sarah 8 Mo
We always thought Missouri's name to be Missouri Jane
Blevins. But the Jane does not fit with the birth date
of our Missouri Jane.
Sarah is the correct date match of our Missouri Jane.
Is Sarah another name for Missouri Jane or was it Missouri
Sarah. But Missouri Jane's obit calls her Missouri Jane.
Or maybe her father called her Sarah??
Or are these someone elses children??
Probably Polly his mother is there to care for the girls
because death of their mother?? Who was she?
Richard and who ever probably if married were married around
1856 Bates co., Mo.
Can someone help me with this? Please !!
