Rescued Photos, SHEEHY, Taken in Rich Hill, MO-SIMS, PAYTON & ROTH Surnames

As a hobby, I rescue old photos that have identification on them. I obtained a group of photos that are all related to each other.

They are as follows:

1 A photo of a lady, identified as Grandma PAYTON, of Kentucky, she was Ben SIMS' wife, and grandmother of Emma SIMS SHEEHY.

2. A (wedding) photo of John & Emma SHEEHY taken in Rich Hill, MO. (I saw a family tree that indicates Emma Sheehy's maiden name was SIMS).

3. A photo of Emma SIMS (same as the Emma above) taken in 1903 and she's either going through confirmation or something religous, as she's all in white, with a veil and it looks like a necklace w/ a cross on it, or maybe a rosery, and a book/bible or prayer book.

4. A photo of a lady, identified as Mrs. Ben SIMS, Grandma SIMS with Della SHEEHY and her foll and Ethel SHEEHY. (Grandma is Mrs. Ben).

5. A photo of a couple identified as George and Alice ROTH, Grandpa Sim's sister and husband. Taken in Minonk, IL.

6. Two photos of the same couple, identified as Leo and Lucy SHEEHY, taken in Idaho. (More contempory than the others, most likely a descendant or such relative.)

If you think they're your family, contact me at: digginroots@yahoo.com for details on how you can obtain them.

Kathy
