G. E. Llewellyn, Dr., of Wayland, Mo. died at the Fulton Hospital on May, 22, 1938. He was born in Winchester, Mo. Mar. 31. 1859. He was a widower
Assuming this was the Mental hospital as their is nothing on records of parents. Looks like he was buried in Fulton.
A Fulton, Mo. undertaker was named as informant on the death certificate.
Probably buried in the Hospital cemetery.
