William P. Taylor B: Indiana married and Indian Woman; son Calvin Tecumseh

I'm looking for any info on a William P Taylor who was born in Indiana and married an Adaline Marlow in Clark County, MO. But according to the census's, Adaline is to young to be Calvin Tecumseh Taylor's mother and I have a picture of who I thought was William and Adaline, except the woman in the picture is an American Indian.
The only dates I have are that Calvin was born 2 Oct 1865 in Gregory Landing, MO.
And William and Adaline were married 20 Sept 1865 in Union Township, Clark County, MO.
Any help would be fantastic!
